I can't seem to figure out how to enable the console on the WON version. Rendering from software causes the game to not render AT ALL. ![]() ![]() DirectX 6 works fine without any of those issues however, the resolution is always stretched out to fit the width of my screen so it causes eye strain. This includes some geometry of the map flickering (Like geometry behind scanners, and some computers) flickering to the point where it causes eye strain, and makes the game unplayable. The problem is that things like blood (human blood, alien blood) in the levels (not the particle when you shoot) are flickering. If you dont have one, simply create a txt file and rename it autoexec.cfg. I've solved most of the issues however, there's ONE problem with rendering making this a pain to run. Texture filtering is easy to disable: Go to your Half-Life/valve directory. I have the CD (WON) version of Half-Life from 1998, which runs on 1.0.0.5, and I'm trying to get it to run correctly. ![]()
